1. What you're buying

peptides³ sells digital PDF guides. When you complete a purchase on peptides3.com, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to read and retain one copy of the guide(s) you purchased. No physical product is shipped.

2. Payment and security

All payments are processed by Polar. We never see or store your card details. Polar's checkout is PCI-compliant and encrypted end-to-end.

3. Delivery

Your download link is delivered by email within a few minutes of purchase. If it hasn't arrived after 15 minutes, check your spam folder, then email us at hi@kingwest.ai. You can also access your purchase anytime through the customer portal.

4. Refund policy

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

If you are genuinely dissatisfied, email us at hi@kingwest.ai and we will do our best to make it right, including offering a discount on future volumes.

5. Accuracy of content
